Gasthaus Hafenterrasse in Schwielochsee

The premises are very nice, old and well-kept. Easy parking. It bothers the strange playlist between Indio, Schlager and Oldies. The menu varied. Little vegetarian food (sometimes the meat isn't even on the menu). Unfortunately, the courts promise more than they deliver. No card payment possible, should be again.

Idyllic location on the small Schwielochsee

Five stars and a plus for this hospitality. A very clean restaurant with friendly service. A wonderful view of the Schwielochsee and ESSEN, a feast for the eyes and a treat for the palate. I had diced salmon with noodles !!! The salmon is wonderful and first of all the delicious NOODLES - simply great. If I didn't have to drive that many kilometers (I'm not the youngest anymore), then once a month - harbor terraces salmon with noodles would be on the schedule. This hospitality is highly recommended. JÜKIGUBEN

You have to see it, pure relaxation. There is a great view of the Schwielochsee from the harbor terrace. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. From above you have a great view of the water. Highly recommended, it's worth the trip. * Reservation in the restaurant sometimes necessary! But it's worth it;)

Food was great and plentiful

Although many tables were already reserved, we were able to eat comfortably by the lake. The service was very friendly and even arbitrarily removed a dish from the bill because it was not (as unfortunately expected) vegetarian, that has never happened to me! There should be an extra star for this, great service!

Elegant inn with good cuisine and a great view.

Had the pasta with the salmon in white wine sauce. Was delicious. Weather was ok, so we could sit on the terrace and watch the boats. Unfortunately, the card payment device was broken, but had enough cash with it. Was there by bike several times, but in the off-season I was standing in front of a locked door. Sundays are usually brunch.

We were here on June 4th, 2020. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. Unfortunately we had to sit inside due to the weather. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake.

A very nice pension, great location, fine rooms, great service, pleasant people, great restaurant

Beautiful location, but that's about it. We went for coffee, I can't comment on the food. Unfortunately there was only one ice cream menu. When I asked for a card to choose a coffee, the only answer I got was: “Tickets are only available on reservation.” Well, bad luck! So it became a cup of coffee. Then the order came, and yes, the waitress is too lazy to walk around the table, everything is passed across the table. The coffee was ok, unfortunately such cups would end up in the trash with me. Chipped and corners broken off, that doesn't work at all. The service was friendly but for a higher standard the staff should be trained better. We wanted to put 2 tables together, then we were told that we can do this if we put everything back afterwards. Excellent bad service!

Super nice service even if it is quite busy. The food a dream. The view priceless. A seagull in the sky, the small waves from the water in front of the nose, a gentle breeze in the sunset ... It was like a holiday. Only to be recommended !!!

This place has a higher price, it would not be a problem if the service and the food were good. However, the service is already too heavy to go to the table, so we had to spread it around the table. The food is very expensive, for the price there is relatively little, at an exclusive eatery as I said okay, but it does not taste like that.

Unfortunately, service is written lower here. The information on the homepage is incorrect (opening time). On site, we were advised during normal operation that you can only get food with a reservation. Too bad. Not again and not to be recommended

Very nice! A place to enjoy!

A very nice little guesthouse with 5 modern rooms right on the Schwielochsee where each of the rooms has its own moto or story. The restaurant and his team are first class, net and courteous! The food was a dream, everything freshly prepared and not out of the bag!

Waitress smells strongly of sweat. Food from the buffet was quite expensive for 16.90 per person. But it was very tasty. All in all it was good.
